i ate a whole sandwich baggie of chocolate cookies after running on the treadmill for 45 minutes.

If it makes you feel better, I had a midnight feast of (2)cookies, (4)fruit snacks, caramel covered apples(I like a little crunch with my caramel), and orange juice. How's that for binging??

Even if that didn't make you feel better, it did me. Kind of like confession.

You should just eat them while on the treadmill as the sugar high might give you an extra 10 minutes of running before your system crashes. Just an idea.
